Motor and seal replacement

I need some help choosing a replacement motor and appropriate seal kit for a Leslie's pump with an illegible part number. Thank you. Pics attached.

Thanks for the Photos! You will require this B638 Replacement Motor You will also need a Leslie's Hydra Max II Seal Kit when you replace your motor.
