Leak above ground pool 27ft

I have a ditch full of water on the outside of a new pool -never been used just complete install on 9/20.

pool people is telling me it's moisture coming from under the pool???

i say it's a leak in the vinyl - can I use party pool dye to prove my point. Red pool water will leak out red!

i appreciate your help...

Hello Margaret - That's a great idea. You could use red pool dye to prove the puddle of water is coming from the pool.
