I was referred to your company by Great Escape. I bought a pool package from them 7/11. My ET 120 Sq Ft model 73100 is missing the "O" ring in the lid. They told me the company is no longer around and I would have a tough time finding a replacement and to contact your company.
It looks like it is about 1/8" wide and 8 1/4 diameter...not sure if my measurements are correct. GE told my I should just replace my entire cartridge system and probably and new pump.
Any suggestions or parts? It's leaking and I'm losing water!!!
