I've contacted your company before (recently). I am really impressed with the speed of the responses I've received. I need to either replace my Intellichlor IC-20 cell or buy a new Purline unit. It looks like there is a flow switch that will have to be installed If I purchase the Pureline. Is that accurate? It looks like a pretty simple cut and glue job, but I'm not sure. Can someone verify that I would have to cut and glue the flow switch, please?

Thanks,

Scott

Hello Scott - You are correct. The spot for the flow switch would have to be cut out and the fitting would have to be glued in place.
