I have a Hayward sp32900vsp which says it's a 115v. The motor it's attached too is a century 220 volt. I hooked up 110v and the digital interface come on and says low voltage. Hook up 220 the digital interface doesn't come on. Am I missing something. Pump won't run

I was advised by Hayward that the TriStar pumps are just now being produced in dual voltage. You may have a model that was built prior to the dual voltage model and it will only have the 230V capabilities. What is the serial number of your unit?

Still the same problem. I tried Hayward and waiter 30 minutes and no one answered.

That pump model is dual voltage and should be able to run on either 115v or 230. Below is the wiring diagram. I would double-check the input voltage with a multimeter and wire up the motor based on that voltage. Let me know if you are still having an issue and I'll reach out to a Hayward tech.
