I have a Hayward H400 Pool heater that won't start and have replaced the Controller Board, Display Board and Ignitor. The Tech from Leslie's Pool came out to fix it and told me it was either gas pressure, because the gas pressure was registering low, or the Flame Sensor. The gas company just installed a new and larger gas meter and I installed the new Flame Sensor, still won't light. He said it wasn't the gas valve. Not sure what to do next. I would've bought a new unit but a few months ago you could'nt find one to buy and the sales people didn't know when they would be available. I don't know which way to go now. Continue throwing money at it or buy a new one. I feel like I'm so close to fixing it.

I would give Leslies a callback and let them know that you increased the gas pressure and replaced the flame sensor and that the issue is persisting and ask what they suggest.
