I have an Aqua Vac King Shark pool clearner that I purchased in 2011. It looks exactly like the old Aqua Queen pool cleaners that I used to own. Recently, the Aqua Vac King Shark stopped working correctly. To me it looks like one of the tie-rods broke that keeps the sensor bar level. Nobody in Texas seems to be able to fix it - not because they can't, but because they just don't want to mess with it. I've tried to reach out to Hayward, which recomended a repair outfit in San Antonio, but that guy didn't even want to look at it. Do you folks do repair work on these machines? If I send it to you, can you fix it? I spent over a $1000 back in 2011 when I purchased the thing, so I'd rather try to get it fixed than to throw it away and purchase a new one. I hope you can help and will respond to me. Thanks. DW
