In March I ordered a complete backwash valve for my Millenium 22inch sand filter to be used in my pool system for the Solar Thermal heating system. I just have gotten the panels on the roof and upon assembling the pump and filter found that the valve assmbly you sent me is a 6-3/4 inch set vs the 5-3/4 inch set on my Sand Filter Bottle.
I would like to return it for an exchage with the proper size 5-3/4 inch one. It is still new in the box. Please advise how I may do that.
