Turn the two screws on front panel and take the panel off. There will be schematic diagram in there. I had a Laars 400,000 btu unti with digital display nursed it for 15 years now have a heat pump.

The brand is Laars, as shown in the second picture. I was hoping to get a picture of the stuff I highlighted in the image below because the sticker blocks the info in the upper right of the red box. And you already tried opening the service panel to see the tag inside?

The stickers look like they still have writing on it but the picture is so far away I cannot make it out. Can you get a close picture of the heater?
