I have a Waterway Pump for an above ground pool. The motor has gotten very load, I suspect the bearings are gone. The Waterway label says SD-15-2N11CC. There's another label for the moror that is MagneTek 7-177782-03.  The motor is a 2 speed. I would like to replace the bearings on the motor and seals on the pump. Do you have those parts?

Thanks

Paul

Hello Paul - We'd be glad to assist you. Your motor would require two 203 bearings. If you decide to replace the complete motor, the model number is BN37. This is a 1HP 2-speed motor.

We would also recommend replacing the shaft seal and o-ring. The part number for the seal is 5250-106 and the o-ring is 4600-4493.

Thank you. In my attempt to remove the impeller the threaded shaft end snappd off! So, I'm now looking to replace the entire motor. Oh well.

Is there a replacement wet end that will easily mount on the BN37 motor you noted above? I have a side discharge pump.

Thanks

Paul

You could use the Waterway Hi-Flo wet end. The part number is 310-1130SD. This is a 1HP side discharge wet end.
