my pool seems to need a diaphragm/cap to prevent water from creating constant pressure on the little pool pump. the water leaks out all over the place and makes such a mess. there is one cap that i am using on one of the flow access openings and it keeps the water in the pool. i need another one and wonder why i only had one in the box. maybe i am doing something wrong. there is a weird harder plastic device that looks like it may be meant for that purpose of keeping the water in the pool but i cannot figure out how to use it. hope u can help me. thanks.

Can you post a few photo's of your pump, filter and plumbing as well as the hardware you were describing? The photos would help us out quite a bit in determining your issue.
