My liner looks stained this season. On the floor and walls. Looking at it, at times there is a yellow tint to the bottom but the pool in general looks like it has a mint green tint. Will not vacuum up or brush off. I have used algecide and shock. My filter is clean and running correctly. How can I decide if this is mustard algae or staining from minerals? My water test shows nothing elevated. Any help for this?

The algaecide and shock should have removed the stain if it were mustard algae. We would recommend using something like Extra Strength Stain Free. It's an industrial grade ascorbic acid.
