What is the make and model of your pump? The shaft seal will depend on the make and model of the pump side. The B2853 is used on several pumps.

It looks like a Pentair Whisperflo model. The seal kit (includes shaft seal) is part number GOKIT32.
The shaft seal is part number 5250-106.
