My pool maintenance company is not treating my salt water pool properly. I find a large cholorine tablet in the skimmer after he leaves.
I've never seen him add salt & i discovered that he had not been cleaning the filter.
How do I approach him about this or just fire him?

Honestly, I would find another pool guy. Sounds like he's cutting corners. Have you ever considered trying to save money and maintain your pool yourself?
