Hi,
I would like to ask about the replacement of the RING on my PacFab MPV 2".
Can we replace the RING while the pool is full of water?
or
Do we have to fully drain the pool before RING replacement?

You do not have to drain the pool in order to change the oring. If the equipment is above the water level of the pool, the water will drain back into the pool when the valve is opened. If the equipment is below the water level of the pool, there should be valves in place that you can close in order to stop the water from draining out of the valve when it's opened.
