The replacement single speed motor is part number UST1102. If you want something more energy efficient, we recommend model ECM16CU. The ECM16CU is a variable speed, 230 volt motor.
If you post a picture of the complete pump, we can recommend the replacement seals.

The seal kit is GOKIT3. Use GOKIT3SALT if you have a salt system.
