I need to replace my Hayward Super Pump 1.5 HP and would like to do so with a variable speed motor. What is the correct replacement? Thanks!

The variable speed replacement motor would be model ECM16CU. Keep in mind the VS motor is only available in 230v. Make sure your current motor is wired for 230v. Click Here to View the ECM16CU Motor
We also recommend replacing the seals when you replace the motor. Use GOKIT3 for standard pools and GOKIT3SALT for salt water.
