kindly support me with the relation between PH percentage and CL. if PH. is high is it supposed that CL. percentage would be high also or not ?

The effectiveness of chlorine is relative to the pH level. The lower the pH level, the higher the effectiveness of the chlorine. The opposite is true for high pH. High pH will result in lower chlorine efficiency.
However, low pH will irritate swimmers and be more corrosive. A sweet spot for the pH level is 7.2-7.6.
