Hello. I have an Aqua Rite Chlorine system (r1.4 T-15 cell) that is exhibiting problems .  The unit powers on and seems to operate normally for a period of time. After running for some time, the displayed salt level gradually drops until it falls below 2800 and I get a flashing "check Salt" "check Cell' led.  I have had the salt level checked twice at 2 different locations and confirmed it is 3,000 ppm.  I have also had the salt cell checked twice at 2 different locations and it passed both times.  I reset the salt level to 3000 and the process repeats itself. If I allow it to continue, the unit stops producing salt as evidenced by the high voltage (30) and 0 amps displayed.  When functioning properly, I have noticed the front panel of the unit and side near the transformer) gets VERY hot to the touch. I live in AZ so it gets very hot during the day (110 +).  I checked the cooling fan behind above the PCB and did not see it working.  I checked for continuity but could not detect continuity.so Ibelieve this may be bad.  I also checked the voltage from the pcb going to the fan and it registered 0 VDC.  I also noticed the transformer was very hot.  Before I purchased a new PCB, I wanted to explore any other components that may be bad.  If the transformer was going bad, would the unit display this behavior or would the chlorinator not function at all (eg. no display)?  Is there a way to test the transformer to confirm it is working properly ?  Any insignt you could offer would be appreciated. Thank you.  Gary
