The SP2607X10 is a 1HP Hayward Super Pump. This pump would require a round flange motor. The dual speed w/ digital control would be model B2975T.
The standard shaft seal for traditional chlorine is part number 5110-11. The heavy duty shaft seal for salt water is part number 5250-235. We recommend the heavy duty shaft seal for any application. It will last much longer than the standard shaft seal.

The pump is a Hayward Model # SP2607X10, Serial # 21120706001990016, so just making sure the Pool Motor Square Flange 1 HP Full Rate Dual Speed w/ Digital Controller - B2982T motor will fit and what shaft seal or kit is required, it is a salt water pool

Hello StacyRand - The B2982T is used on several pumps. Each pump will use a different shaft seal. We'll need to know the make and model of your pump side in order to recommend the seal. Also, do you have a traditional chlorine pool or is it salt water?
