What type of weekly pool shock do you recommend for a saltwater pool?

If you need to shock with traditional chlorine each week, I'd recommend a cal-hypo granular shock or liquid chlorine (sodium hypochlorite). Both of these shocks will bring up the chlorine level and burn off after 24 hours.
