It does look like the Vogue Lexcel. The manufacturer discontinued most of the parts for that pool. The bottom rim is part number LA12941-24 and 17 were required. That number is no longer valid. Could you send us the ABC measurements of one of the bottom rims?

No, you can use a smaller rim inside the plate.
