Our pool was built last year, 2018, and we used it until October.

We live in Cutchogue, New York 11935

Our contractor did the weekly service and closed the pool for the winter with a loop loc cover.

Our contractor opened the pool this spring and started it up.

I told our contractor that I will be doing the weekly cleaning and water testing to save some money.

Our contractor charges $110 per week.

I have been cleaning the pool and the water chemistry is in proper ranges.

I've been trying to contact my contractor but I believe he's been avoiding me because I'm taking over the cleaning and testing.

So I need some advice.

My wife and I will use the pool once or twice a day and on some weekends we will most likely have 2 to 4 other bathers.

Our Water temp is around 78 today, 5/25/19.

The IC40 is inline however it is not plugged in yet.

Do I just plug the IC40 into its receptacle at the panel, after I switch the panel off?

Our panel timer is set to run from 8am until 4pm. Is that enough time?

What settings/speeds should I set the pump at?

Does the pump time/clock have to be in sync with the panel timer?

Any help and guidance is appreciated.
