I am need ing to replace my Haward super pump HP 1. The clear basket cover has a part number of SP-1600-D. What do you sugest i replace with?

I would recommend either the same model Super Pump as it has a good reputation or maybe something like the Pentair Superflo model 34038. Just be sure that you confirm the specific complete pump model number to make sure those specifications match those of these models suggested.
