There was a water slide in the middle of our pool which we tossed it away once it broke. But we failed to see a PVC water spigot sticking up in the middle of the concrete. Is there a way to cap it without tearing up all the concrete? The real issue is the water still flows. I'm thinking of grinding it down below concrete level and plug it securely with something. Or should I cut the PVC line where it enters the concrete, away from the deck? This way, I could just cut the PVC below ground, then fill the hole with a concrete epoxy. Or should I hire some Toronto plumbers which would save me the time if it's something that's too hard to do on my own?

Hello Ryan - My suggestion would be to grind it down and plug it. I would also find the line near the pump that fed the water to the slide. That line should be cut and capped as well since you no longer need water flowing.
