I have a Jandy Aqualink RS controller with an Aquapalm interface.  The aquapalm interface is not working well  I would like an interface that is hardwired in to the panel.  What should I order.

Hi John,

Can you confirm that you have the AquaPalm and not the Jandy PDA.

These controllers look exactly the same the only differenece is that PDA is normally the system which is used if you are only going to use the handheld as a controller as you can actually do programming from the controller. The AquaPalm is the unit if you have an indoor controller and want to add on a handheld controller, the AquaPalm does not allow for any programming from the handheld.

If you have a PDA or AquaPalm will take two different approaches on how to proceed.

Thank You

Unfortunately the PCB Board that is supplied for the Jandy PDA does not support an indoor controller. You would need to get a Jandy Aqualink Upgrade Kit which includes the PCB Board, Indoor hard wired controller, sensors and wall mounting plate. This kit is roughly $900, if you think that the PDA is damaged then you can get a Replacement Jandy PDA for $350.

I hope this info. helps.

Thank You

Patrick
