So I used almost double the amount of liquid flocculant on accident that was on the bottle. Also, when setting my filter to waste to vacuum the debris that settles, can I use my Kreepy Krauly as I dont have any other vaccums? Or is just putting the tubing in the water with no kreepy krauly attached going to work? Also wondering if the amount that I used has messed up my pool water to no return?

Hi Monica02,
Here is some helpful info. we found on this topic...
When using floc it's IMPORTANT that you let everything settle to the bottom of the pool, then vacuum to WASTE, and slowly, so to not stir it up into suspension. Do not vacuum to the filter. If you have a sand filter, and the dead stuff is too fine it'll just land up blowing it back out the return and give you a cloud.
