Hi, I would suggest this Waterway 3/4 HP Champion Pump this 3/4 HP Max Rated Pump is equivalent to your 1/2 HP Full Rated Pump. The nice thing about the Waterway Champion is that it comes with risers specifically for your Sta-Rite Max E Glas pump which will make for easy installation.
