I have an old pump that needs to be replaced, but the pump outlet faces side ways where all that I have been seeing, faces upwards. This is some info from the pump that needs replacing, but again, the water outlet needs to face sideways, not up. MagneTek, SP1510-Z-1-X5, HP 1.0 SPL (60 GPM). This appears to be a Hayward Pump. The pool size is a 15'0" X 30'0" oval.

Hello Mike - You can rotate the discharge on most above ground pumps. Check out the Pureline Pure Pro XL model PL1501. We have a step-by-step "How To" guide on how to rotate the discharge.
