I have a Hayward mpv # SPO714 c and would like to replace the handle and spring assembly 

do you carry a kit that contains everything

Good afternoon. We do carry a replacement handle & cover assembly part number 4703-20 for the Hayward SP0714T valve. It does have the spring already installed in it. Click here to view it.
