I lost chroring in the pool so i test my water in a professional place. The told me 1 bag of salt, a have a 15,000 gallons pool. After one week adding the salt i just notice when i was cleaning the filter that now is cero chrorine and it have a message of low salt/check cell. I clean the cell even though looks clean. I add 2 bags of salt , but after an hour still show low salt/ check cell and my main concern the GENERAting is OFF. Did i need to wait more time or they is something off . By the way i lost power twice this week do to very big storms in Miami. Thanks

The Blue Essence is the same system as the Aquarite. The cells, on average, last about 3 years. You can try recalibrating the salt level. If that doesn't work, the cell may need to be replaced.
