I have a 18’x36’ inground pool.  Was not the original owner but have lived in the home for over 5 years now.  It is a 1.5hp Hayward super pump with a 24 Hayward de filter

I am having an issue with the supply jets.  I have a total of 4 jets. Two in the stairwell, two in the pool pushing towards the skimmers.  The two in the stairwell work fine.  No issues.  The two in the pool have very little flow.  The pool jets are on one supply line, the stairs on on another diverted after the filter. Here is what I have found.

1. No air bubbles coming from the affected jets.

2. No substantial water loss in the pool.

3. Closing off the working jets does not seem to help the issue.  Closing the affected jets increases the flow in the stairwell noticeably.

4. When I do turn off the stair jets, the pressure in my system goes from 19ish to over 25.

5. Pump primes fine. Skimmers seem to be working as they should (as best as they can without the jets pushing debris toward them)

6. Backwashing does not affect the flow.

7. Running system on filter bypass or recirculate does not affect the flow either way.

Thanks for any advice
