Hi I have a Pentair model CFII N1 2A / 343240 pump and its leaking from the bottom of the housing.  I don't want to let the leaking continue since it will likely get worse.  I have never serviced this pump and the motor and pump are working fine aside from the slight leaking.  I suspect this is a bad O-ring on the housing but I wanted to see what you guys thought.  Searching on the site it looks like others have had this issue and its the o-ring.  What do you think it is and what kit or part do I need to service it?  Thanks!

Hello Tommy - I would recommend replacing the housing gasket and shaft seal. Also, It wouldn't hurt to replace the diffuser gasket while you have the pump open. Part numbers are below.

Housing Gasket Part Number 5002-14

Standard Shaft Seal Part Number 5250-104. Use 5250-210 if you have salt water.

Diffuser Gasket Part Number 5002-13A
