I have a Jandy aquapure plc700 with error codes flashing on my display panel. With your website's help, I was able to determine what may the the issues but there is one code I still cannot determine. What does the Jb or J6 error mean? I have already determined I have an issue with the chlorinator with code 125 and 194. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You.

Hi Dougie,
The Jb code on the AquaPure PLC700 is not an error code but rather a status code. It tells you that your AquaPure is being controlled by a Jandy AquaLink Control system and is currently in the Boost mode (super chlorinate mode). I hope that helps. See Screenshot below.

We have a Jandy aquapure control board for our salt water pool. Error code 170 will not clear as well there are no lights on the front panel telling you its even turned on. We do not believe it is a real error 170 and that there is an issue with the salinity in the pool. Any advice on how others have fixed this issue? first time pool owner. Is there a hard reset??

From the Jandy diagnostic code list:
Code 170 - Possible front board service condition or unit not correctly wired to 120 VAC
Their solution is: Call a professional.
I would suggest checking the transformer and backboard Voltage. These are the two parts that might need to be replaced.
