I am putting in a 16x32 ingound pool with polywall liner pool. My ground is very rocky but dry lots of pits and divits.
Would Concrete bottom be better for me or pool base?

I have read where Concrete bottom is very good pool base, does it hurt the liner?

A concrete base will not harm the liner. It's a very common base for inground vinyl lined pools.
