I am looking to try to find out who manufactured this pool.We are being passed this from a family friend and I need to find an owners manual for permits as the previous owner does not have them anymore.

The manufacturer of your pool is Swim'N Play. They recently closed down but their site is still up. http://www.swimnplay.com/
