I’m trying to find some parts for a pool my husband purchased and unfortunately we don’t know the name of the pool or anything else except that it’s suppose to be 28 round can anyone please help me find these parts

That looks like an Asahi pool. Unfortunately, we do not carry parts for that brand. We recommend trying www.asahiparts.com.
