I am troubleshooting some pool lighting . Some of the lights are running 4 X the amerpage as the others. Is it safe to say that they are starting to gobad and should be replaced. I was assuming that the niches are no longer sealed and they have water in them causeing them to run at a higher voltage. Is that correct?
