how do you divert rain water and splashing water away from above ground pool, so no future problems

Thanks for the photo's! What I have most commonly seen is people go with a French drain by digging a trench and bury 3" perforated pipe around the perimeter of the pool and then cover the pipe with river stone. The water would splash out of the pool and drain down the stone to the perforated pipe.

i heard to do french drain, put pea gravel with landscaping black film, river rock, backfill with dirt that was taken out

 

heard a few ideas but wasnt sure exactly what to do

on the concrete side i cant do piping so i have to use other idea (pipe to wide for that opening, 4th picture down)
