Please help me. I read your article about installing above ground pools. It was very informative. I have a 24' round above ground steel sided pool with a unibead liner.
The article says that the base goes in the pool after the wall is up and it needs to be 2-3 inches.
That is 2-3 inches above ground level correct??
I am replacing an old pool and there is sand from the old pool there but it doesn't go above ground level. I have an installer that wants to build a gradient to the center of the pool down one inch. So from the paver stones to the center, it would be graded to one inch below ground level and her only wants to build a 4" cove instead of the 6-8" cove that is recommended....
Is this install going to be ok?
