Difficult Stains

I have a smooth white plaster pool. After a hurricane 2 years ago, I have light orange staining around the bottom of the pool. I have tried scrubbing with a pumice stone, running acid down a pipe, a stain free treatment, another stain free treatment after using stain and scale control on the pool for a period of 3 months, pool magnent, and vigorous scrubbing over the past year. I've also tried keeping my pH around 7.2-7.4. The steps have responded, but everywhere else looks like I've done nothing. My plaster was only about one year old when the staining starts. I had a Natural Chemistry representative agree that they look like mineral stains, but they will not budge. Any other suggestions?

It sounds like you've tried almost everything. Have you done an acid wash? This would require that the pool be drained. An acid wash will take a thin layer of the wall off and remove the stain.
