My Clients pool looks good when no one is using the pool, as soon as swimmers are in there splashing around the water instantly gets very cloudy and milky. Seems to clear up when the water calms down. The water chemesty seems fine, any help is appreciated

You need to closely monitor changes in the level of TA. A high TA causes pH and calcium scaling, both of which are associated with cloudiness.

A high bather load can turn a pool cloudy. A lot of body oil, sunscreen, and other factors add to the cloudiness. Could you post the chemistry levels so we can see if there is anything that needs to be addressed?
Chlorine, Ph, Alkalinity, Calcium, TDS (total dissolved solids), and CYA (stabilizer).
