Changing from high efficiency motor to a dual speed motor

I currently have the following motor that seems to have a bearing gooing out . It has started becoming louder, but it still works fine.

I am considering changing over to a dual speed motor to save some money on my electricity bill.  Do you carry a compatible motor?

The replacement dual speed motor is part number STS1072R. This motor will only run on 230v. It does not come with a switch for the speeds. The switch is part number 1011431-001.
