Broken Multi-Port Valve

So my Mulitport Valve on our Hayward DE4820 is broken. There are holes in the body and no way to patch them up. I am unbale to find the replacement, as everything is backordered. I was wondering what is the best way to fix it ?

I was thikning of just removing the multiport valve and attach pipes directly into the filter. For the water return to pool, I would add a Ball Valve, Incase i wanted to remove water. 

Any help would be greatly apprecatied

Hi Darshil,

I would suggest replacing your Multiport Valve with this Slide Valve for Hayward DE Filters it just doesn't have as many functions as the multiport valve but has the main needed functions and is the valve I prefer as it is very simple and has fewer things to go wrong. This valve is in stock ready to ship!
