I have the Aquarite and have replaced the switch but the no flow light stays red and will not go off. Also cut the old wire and twisted together which should have bypassed switch with same result. Any ideas what to do next.

We've seen this issue before. One of the more common issues is a bad thermister on the main circuit board. Look for any cracks or damage to that piece. It will look like the item pictured below.
