Our salt chlorine generator appears to be working fine; chlorine good, salt good, etc. However, the salt level stays at 2000 (pool store check has it 2500-2800); the generator light is not on at all. Is this an electrical problem?

Hello AquaRite - You may need to recalibrate the system. Check out our guide titled "How To Recalibrate the Salt Level on a Hayward Aqua Rite".
Let us know if that works for your salt chlorine generator.
