I have tested my salenity to be about 3700ppm, also verified at local store.

My instant salenity will not go above 2400ppm

I have rev 1.4, Temp 82, Voltage 24.1 Volts, Current 4.33 Amps.

Just replaced my cell under warranty, and it has the same readings.

Continues to flash Low salt and inspect cell.

I am not sure what to do next???

We'd be glad to assist you. Do you have the correct cell type selected in the control box? To check, press the diagnostic button until you see a T number (example T-15). That T number should match the cell on your plumbing. If it does not match, follow the directions below.

* If you do not see a T number, you may have a revision that is older and it does not have this feature.

Thank you. I have rev 1.4 it does not allow cell size changes. It has always used the T-15 Cell.

Hayward recommends resetting the average salt level when the cell is replaced. If you do this and it still doesn't work, you may need to replace the main board.
