Above ground pool

I have my neighborsw pine trees blowing those small pine cones in my pool.  i have tries to clean them up daily but 1000s of them get in the pool.  the worst part is that the cones brek down in the pool and I have ALOT of debris in the pool   How can I get rid of these things? the pool "looks" fine but with goggles all you can see are little bits of cone.

The other option would be to manually vacuum the pool with a vac head designed for vinyl liners.
