24 foot Dorado round above ground pool

I have a 24 foot Dorado  round above ground pool that have rusted rails due to saltwater. I'm not sure what the metal strip is called that goes around the pool that is right up under the handrail, but is rusted as well. I was just wondering where the cheapest place to the parts would be and if they make rust proof ones these days. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Is this something that can be replaced without draining pool?
