Hello Desertpool1 - It looks like you have a 1HP full rated Hayward Super II Pump. The replacement motor is model ST1102. We recommend replacing the seals when you replace the motor. The seal kit is GOKIT2. If you have salt water, use GOKIT2SALT.
If you need the complete pump, the model number is SP3010EEAZ.
